What do you do at AgencyND?  What’s so cool about that?

I direct the Print business as a player manager, which in itself is very cool because I get to have my hands in the creation of the work, as well as provide guidance at varying levels to a very talented, and award-winning group of creative people.

What do you do in your down time?

Take my kids on field trips, as well as swim, bike, and run as fast as I can—seeking new boundaries in all experiences.

What did you dream you would do when you were a kid?

Fly airplanes, and ride my bicycle across the country. I’ve grown up and become rather grounded, so I’ve combined the two by racing on my bike in many states across the country from New York to Hawai’i.

How did it come about that you work at Notre Dame?

I first came to Notre Dame on a field trip as a design student at Indiana University. Part of this experience included a show and tell of our work to peers of each respective University. It was this event that would lead to an offer to extend my studies in design by pursuing an MFA here at Notre Dame. After completing my graduate work I was offered a design position in OIT, and a short time later, accepted a position in OPAC. Coming here for grad school, and staying here on staff was never part of my master plan, but for many reasons, it has proven to be a wonderful life.
